My name’s Willem Nisus.


Behind this naturally introverted side of me, the kind that’d rather observe than make a scene, there’s a pretty relentless creative mindset: a complete refusal to fit into the mould. That contrast is exactly where Mik Plus came from.


To me, creativity shouldn’t come with compromises or technical limitations. That’s why I handle my projects from start to finish myself. From brand strategy and art direction, to illustration, motion design, web design, right through to final integration, I oversee every step to make sure a strong idea turns into something genuinely memorable on screen.


Through Mik Plus, I draw inspiration from the codes of the sky and space to reflect that constant drive to aim higher. My goal is to work alongside agencies and brands that are ready to shake up their industry, with one simple promise:

My time at Lacoste, working as a Web Designer within the Design Studio, was the perfect playground to push my creative standards even further. At the heart of a global brand with a massive graphic heritage, I worked on the creation of major digital assets, from web design for the global website to motion design, social media content, and international display campaigns. My role was simple: scale and elevate the brand’s image worldwide without ever compromising the precision of its artistic direction. That experience taught me how to master even the strictest brand guidelines and turn them into something powerful. It reinforced my belief that an idea only truly lands when the technical execution is flawless, from the very first pixel to the final animation.
